Dahi Ke Kebab
chopped green chillies
chopped red, yellow, and
roasted China powder
1. Put the hung curd in a bowl. Add all the ingredients to it and mix well to form a smooth paste. Divide the mixture into equal portions and make them into galets.
2. Heat ghee on a griddle and sear the yogurt galets till they turn golden brown on either side. Arrange the kebabs and serve them hot with mint chutney.
