Instructions

1.Marinate the sea bass steak with olive oil, garlic, basil, orange juice, salt, and pepper. Then pan sear and cook the sea bass in the oven at 180° for four minutes. After this, take butter in a pan, melt it     and add stock and lemon juice. Take it off the heat and plate it with sauce on the base.

2. Place the fish on top with orange segments and lettuce as garnish.

Instructions

1. Prepare the ravioli dough with flour, olive oil, salt, and water. Roll the dough and cut it into circles. Then prepare the mixture by adding oil in a pan along with onion, garlic, and chopped wild mushrooms. Sauté this mixture and then add the chopped basil and feta.


2. Fill the mushroom mixture into the 2. ravioli and blanch. Then add olive oil, chopped garlic, and crushed red pepper in a hot pan. Finally, add water, toss the ravioli and parmesan cheese, and    season. Serve the dish hot.
