Instructions

Cook the prawns, garlic, chilli, onion, cream, thyme, and lemon together. Once it cools down, put a small portion of the cooked mixture on small pasta sheets and fold into the shape of a hat. Cook them in shellfish stock with prawns, grilled zucchini, and zucchini puree.
