Salted Caramel Mouse
1. a separate mixing bowl. Heat the cream in a microwave for 45 seconds. Combine half of the sugar with water in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and caramelises.
Add cream to this and whisk until it is mixed well. Then add 2. chocolate, salt and whisk until the chocolate melts. Make meringue and add it into the chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into a mould and refrigerate it until it sets. Serve with chocolate garnish.
Lemon and Sour Cream Cheese Pound Cake
