Refreshing Juices

Cucumber and Spinach Drink

Ingredients  
Cucumber juice 
Spinach (palak) juice
Low-fat curd    
Mint leaves  
Crushed ice  
Qty
300 ml
300 ml
1 tsp
to garnish
as required

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Fill tall individual glasses with crushed ice, and pour juice into them.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves.
  4. Serve chilled.

Serving - 2 glasses

Spinach and Mint Juice

Spinach lime mint

Ingredients 
Spinach (palak) leaves
Mint   
Coriander (dhania)  
Lemon juice    
Jaljeera powder (optional)
Crushed ice
Qty
25 to 30
20 sprigs
15 sprigs
1 tsp
1 tsp
to serve

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients till smooth, adding a little water if required.
  2. Pass juice through a strainer or muslin cloth.
  3. Add lemon juice and jaljeera powder. Mix well.
  4. Fill two glasses with desired amount of crushed ice and pour juice over. Serve immediately.

Serving: 2 glasses

Cucumber Cooler

Melon-cucumber-mint

Ingredients  
Cucumber  (chopped into medium cubes) 
Muskmelon (peeled, deseeded and chopped) 
Crushed ice     
Qty
1 medium-sized
1/2 small
to serve

Instructions:

  1. Juice all ingredients.
  2. Fill two glasses with desired amount of crushed ice and pour juice over.
  3. Serve immediately.
